Homemade Blueberry Jam: Make it Monday

There is nothing like the flavor of homemade Jam. Preservative free, artificial flavors free, low in sugar and yummy!

This reminded me of our blueberry picking trip back in Dallas! They were so yummy and full of flavor, the store bought berries don't even taste anywhere near!

2 Cup  Blueberries (1 Cup Crushed + 1 Cup Whole)
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Pinch Salt

Mix and microwave the blueberries for about 4 minutes.
Next add Sugar and microwave again for 4 minutes.
Add all other ingredients and keep microwaving at 3 minute intervals, stirring and mixing in between, until the jam is thick and dark in color, this should take only a few minutes.
